Obama campaign runs afoul of anti-stalking laws

(from optoons.blogspot.com)
Richmond, Virginia--President Obama's frantic "backyard tour" to sell his radical agenda in Albuquerque, Des Moines, and Richmond have run afoul of local anti-stalking laws, which threaten to limit the omnipresence of the president in domestic spaces nationwide.

"We received a large volume of calls," said a local police spokesperson following Obama's latest backyard event. "They said this guy seemed to be following them everywhere, on television, on the internet, and now on their back patios."

According to local police, "Most complaints came from people who said they voted for the guy once, but it didn't work out, and now they just want to be left alone."

"It's always the professorial, straight-laced guys that turn creepy," said one officer.

Criminal probes dog SEIU-Obama

Meet typical Progressive Joseph Iosbaker

Obama's pal Andy Stern isn't the only commie from the SEIU in trouble with the grownups — not that we would know this from the liberal establishment media. There's also Joseph Iosbaker, Chief Steward for SEIU's Local 73 in Chicago:

Over the weekend the FBI announced that it was investigating Joseph Iosbaker for possible connections to overseas terror groups. Iosbaker and his wife Stephanie Weiner, both anti-war activists, are suspected of activities "concerning the material support of terrorism."
Kind of reminds me of another couple

As usual, the media is covering for Obama's friends:
It is interesting to note that [Iosbaker's SEIU affiliation] escaped most of Chicago's TV coverage. Michelle Gallardo of ABC 7 TV seems to have forgotten to mention the union connection, CBS channel 2 also missed this fact, WGN TV channel 9 also forgot to mention the SEIU, and Channel 5 NBC also missed it, all accidentally I'm sure.

But it isn't just TV that missed this fact. The Associated Press also seems to be blind to the fact that Iosbaker is a union operative.
Fortunately we have alternative sources of information, so the public has no excuse not to keep itself sufficiently informed as to avoid catastrophic mistakes the leftist "mainstream" media would deliberately lead us into, like the 2008 elections.

Ugly BigGov PACs color U.S. ballots

Freedom-loving nation tolerates Obamunism

General Motors is controlled by the federal government, plus the governments of Canada and Ontario own minority shares. So the question becomes should such a corporation be allowed to operate a PAC and contribute to partisan candidates for federal office?

Over at Pajamas Media, Tom Blumer is making a persuasive case that the answer to that question is a decisive no:

"Despite taxpayers’ majority stake, GM has revived its PAC and has collected and distributed money from its employees to advance the company’s interests.

Those interests, and the politicians and organizations which have benefited and will benefit, are, according to the company’s 'Political Contributions and Expenditures Policy,' determined 'by a Steering Committee and a separate Campaign Selection Committee appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of GM' — overseen by car czar and Mao admirer Ron Bloom ('We know that the free market is nonsense. … We kind of agree with Mao, that political power comes largely from the barrel of a gun') and his clan."

Ruling O-Progs ♡ Voter Fraud, Intimidation

Pattern of criminal conduct defines typical Obama surrogates

You may have read that there is strong evidence of voter fraud in Houston.

Here’s what you may not have heard: the organization accused of shady behavior is linked to a former head of an Obama campaign office. She is a fan of Che Guevara. She is also the person who invited to a town hall meeting a woman who then posed as a doctor at that meeting during the health care debate.

Here are the details.

Last month, Houston’s Registrar accused a Democratic organization called “Houston Votes” of voter registration fraud. The allegations were recently detailed here, and make compelling reading.
