AFSCME's assessment of Senate vote
AFSCME President Gerald W. McEntee discusses the U.S. Senate vote on the bill to deny workers a secret ballot election in unionization campaigns, and substitute intimidation instead. Near the end, McEntee notes that Oregon recently enacted a card-check law at the state level.
