AFSCME's assessment of Senate vote

AFSCME President Gerald W. McEntee discusses the U.S. Senate vote on the bill to deny workers a secret ballot election in unionization campaigns, and substitute intimidation instead. A total of 51 senators voted for the measure, but a minority of pro-democracy legislators were able to block a vote on the bill. Near the end, McEntee notes that Oregon recently enacted a card-check law at the state level.
