Obama: Gets his fascist groove on, makes hay of TK, frees corrupt NM Gov., DenverGate fail, exposes radical leftwing cred.

Mismanagement: Van Jones rules, AfAm SEIU victim is no Rodney King, poster-boy runt leaves dregs, cure for political corruption discovered, Rangel covers-up, P2P alive and well, corrupt seniority system rocks Oregon, organized labor obsolete.

Exposed: Obama's fascist groove thing ... The first option, is simply that the Obama Administration is the most corrupt, dishonest, and inept Administration that America has ever been burdened with. That is the “best case” scenario. Unfortunately, this is the option that I think least likely. I suppose it is possible that Obama has simply had a phenomenal run of bad luck; that the various bills and laws passed by his Administration have, by some fluke, been accidentally anti-small business, anti-free enterprise, economically suicidal, and have worsened the economic crisis, not ended it. I might also mention that there has been a, how shall I say this—lackadaisical—attitude towards an American debt of biblical proportions. The second option, is that the Obama Administration despises individual freedom, capitalism, free-enterprise, and is hell-bent on transforming the United States into a fascist/communist collective—a regime that will be run by a venal, ruthless, power-hungry elite. That actually sounds more plausible to me. The third option is, that the Obama Administration is part of a global restructuring process (New World Order), in which the world will be turned into a fascist/communist collective—run by a venal, ruthless, power-hungry elite. My guess is—take your pick between options two and three. (canadafreepress.com)

TOTUS uses Dem tragedy to make political hay ... President Barack Obama will deliver a eulogy Saturday at the funeral of Sen. Edward Kennedy, who will be buried later that day alongside his brothers at Arlington National Cemetery. The Kennedy family announced his funeral will be held in Boston at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica. Both the funeral and burial service will be closed to the public. (thehill.com)

Obama kills Richardson P2P corruption probe ... New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and former high-ranking members of his administration won't be criminally charged in a yearlong federal investigation into pay-to-play allegations involving one of the Democratic governor's large political donors, someone familiar with the case said. The decision not to pursue indictments was made by top Justice Department officials, according to a person familiar with the investigation, who asked not to be identified because federal officials had not disclosed results of the probe. "It's over. There's nothing. It was killed in Washington," the person told The Associated Press. (google.com)

Dem DenverGate: Vandalism fail

Obama's radical leftwing cred exposed ... President Obama's Shadow Government has begun to attract attention as more is known about the people he has appointed to positions that need no Congressional approval. The past history of appointee Van Jones has raised some questions. He has been reported to be a radical Communist and black national leader. Jones was appointed by Obama in March as the special advisor for green jobs, enterprise and innovation at the White House Council of Environmental Quallity. In August, it was reported that Jones is a co-founder of Color of Change. He has self-described himself as a "rowdy black nationalist" and boasted in a 2005 interviews with the left-leaning East Bay Express that his environmental activism was a means to fight for racial and class justice. Jones was a founder and leader of the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM). The organization was a group of black people organizing to protest the first Gulf War. It became one of the most influential and active radical groups in the San Francisco Bay area. One of Jones associates included Elizabeth Martinez, a long-time member member of the Communist Party USA. She sits along side former Weathermen radical, long time friends of Obama, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohm on the board of the Movement for a a Democratic Society. Jones son is named after the late Marxist revolutionary leader Amilcar Carbral. With such a history, it is obvious that Jones would never survive a congressional hearing so instead Obama added him to the Shadow Government with its collection of Czars so that an investigation of his past would not be required. By doing this, the transparency that Obama promised during the campaign could be circumvented. (examiner.com)

Revelation: How to keep politicians honest ... Our country is near a tipping point. A revolution is needed. Well, maybe more of a reconfiguring of our current political system. Needless to say, drastic change does need to happen, and the way things are going right now, I feel the time is approaching very quickly. People no longer trust their representatives because of special interest groups, lobbyists and pork-barrel politics. Constituents don’t know if their representative is going to vote in their interest or if they will sell out to the highest bidder. This ties into the idea that politicians have ceased to be civil servants – the way our founding fathers intended. Rather, being a politician is a lucrative and lifelong career. There is a simple solution to this: Set term limits on political office. This would keep the flow of new ideas entering the political arena and, ideally, would keep politicians honest to their campaign promises. (dailyevergreen.com)

Obamunism's latest shocker ... Adolf Hitler used a similar ploy in Nazi Germany. In fact, after he was elected, Hitler only convened his cabinet one time. The latest shocker is Jeff Jones. Jones was the co-founder of the violent radical terrorist group Weather Underground with Bill Ayers. Jones has much blood on his hands, and yet, he is part of the Apollo Group founded by Van Jones, no relation, a self proclaimed communist! The Apollo Group, under Jeff and Van Jones’ direction, basically wrote Barack Obama’s stimulus bill. You know, the one that absolutely no one in Congress read, but Obama swore that if it wasn’t passed immediately, the world would end. Then, after it passed, he took a three day vacation before signing it. So far, this stimulus has been a total disaster. Now, Van Jones is Obama’s "green jobs" Czar. He is also the man behind the failed boycott attempt on Glenn Beck’s Fox News show. (thespeechatimeforchoosing.blogspot.com)

Kenneth Gladney is no Rodney King ... Here’s a better question: If Kenneth Gladney — a black American who was beaten when he went to protest ObamaCare — had been there instead to support President Obama and had been beaten up and called a nigger by Anti-Obama town hall protesters. Well, does anyone doubt he would have been as famous as Rodney King? Why is Kenneth Gladney ignored? And why did a black patriot who showed up in opposition to ObamaCare with an AR-15 have his face and hands edited out of the video that MSNBC used to create the belief that wild white mobs, enraged at the very idea of a black man in the White House, were waiting outside to lynch the “President of Color?” (bighollywood.breitbart.com)

Dem runt leaves behind dregs ... And, as with all great mythic tales, tragedy is woven so inexorably and completely throughout that the mere mention of the Kennedy name conjures unimaginable sadness and loss ranging from the deeply personal to the publicly epic. Even as the runt of the litter, Teddy Kennedy was a huge man whose booming voice filled the Senate chamber fuller than anyone's. And, of course, he was the last link to the fairy-tale generation of Kennedys. This lot we're left with now are so much smaller than life. (nypost.com)

Union bigs mourn fallen leader ... Delaware labor leaders mourned Sen. Edward Kennedy on Wednesday as their movement's indispensable man. "It's a very devastating moment, not just for organized labor but the nation as well," said Michael Begatto, executive director of AFSCME Council 81. (delawareonline.com)

Poster boy for Term Limits ... He served nearly 50 years in the Senate and was an unabashed Massachusetts liberal, beloved by his constituents and vilified by his political enemies. Kennedy became the poster boy for term limits among conservatives. With the passing of John and Robert he became the head of the enormous Kennedy clan, often stumbling in his leadership. In his younger years he often had terrible lapses of judgment. His involvement in the death of Mary Jo Kopechne in 1969 forever tarnished his reputation. He also was known as a hard drinker and partier. He put those days behind him later in life. (tulsaworld.com)

Rep. Jeff Miller placed on Dirty Money Watch ... WHO: Rep. Jeff Miller (R-Fla.) WHAT: Miller received the following dirty money: PMA Group (PAC) $2,000 in 2008 election cycle; $2,000 in 2006 election cycle. WHY IT'S DIRTY: PMA Group (Paul Magliocchetti and Associates) was a defense lobbying group that is now the focus of multiple federal investigations concerning allegations of influence peddling and other corrupt activities, mostly associated with earmarks. Before it was disbanded earlier this year, PMA Group's employees and its political action committee gave current members of Congress $3.4 million between 1989 and 2008, with 79 percent of that going to Democrats, according to OpenSecrets.org. WILL MILLER GIVE IT BACK: Miller did not respond to The Examiner's request for comment. THE SCORE: Number of Democrats who have given it back: 0. Number of Republicans who have given it back: 0. Gave donation to charity: Rep. Steve Israel (D-N.Y.), Rep. Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.), Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas). YOUR TURN: You can reach Rep. Miller's Washington D.C. office at 202-225-4136. Corrupt Dem tax-cheater still rules Ways and Means ... Rep. Charles Rangel, chairman of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, amended five years of financial statements, revealing more than $500,000 in personal investments amid inquiries into his ethics. The new Aug. 12 filings by Rangel show that the New York Democrat bought $250,000 to $500,000 of a Merrill Lynch Allianz portfolio fund, starting in September 2006, with the proceeds from selling a personal residence in Florida, as well as $1,000 to $15,000 in Yum! Brands Inc. shares the same year. He amended his filings covering 2004 through 2008. Rangel's amended filings listed an individual retirement and checking account that ranged from $100,000 to $500,000 at the Congressional Federal Credit Union as well as Merrill Lynch cash accounts. Union bigs subdue bankrupt city ... Vallejo city and fire union officials have agreed to a controversial plan to tear up the employees' contract and start negotiating a new one. The move leaves only one of the city's four employee unions -- the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) -- without some type of contract agreement. Officials also have called for a federal bankruptcy judge to gauge that contract's burden on city coffers. The city has been working through Chapter 9 bankruptcy since May 2008, when city spending surged past bleak revenue forecasts, and ate through reserves. Bankruptcy attorneys for the city and fire union codified their deal with a court filing Monday, though the agreement was signed Aug. 18. A judge will review it today in Sacramento. Militants out on strike v. oppressive capitalist icon ... Workers at Coca Cola distribution centres around the country are mounting strike action this morning as part of a dispute over the planned outsourcing of their jobs. Around 130 SIPTU members will picket the company's facilities in Dublin, Galway, Waterford, Tipperary and Cork. The union says the outsourcing will inevitably lead to redundancies and major changes in work practices. (belfasttelegraph.co.uk)

Last Hired – First Fired: Unions perpetrate corrupt seniority system ... The powerful teachers’ union has once again flexed its mighty muscle in the North Clackamas School District and ensured that its members will not settle for a pay freeze. In doing so, the union has caused the district to lay off or severely slash the hours of 60 teachers from elementary, middle, and high school levels. This is a bold move by the union, but one that can be expected. The teachers’ union has one mission and one mission only. It is to ensure that its members receive more pay each year for less work. That’s it. Simple, clear, easy to understand. That is why class sizes will increase, student course offerings will decrease, and some very dedicated and excellent teachers will be fired. We don't need no stinkin' unions ... I do believe that unions were necessary in the past and they've helped establish the laws we have in place today to protect the workers...but now labor disputes seem to be more about money than anything else...I found an interesting article that makes me question whether unions have outlived their usefulness: "Would you want to work for a company that treats all workers exactly the same, no matter how hard they work? What about one that promotes only on the basis of seniority and not merit? Yet that's what labor unions offer employees today. The premise of collective bargaining is that by representing all employees a union can negotiate a better collective contract than each worker could get through individual negotiations. But because the union negotiates collectively, the same contract covers every worker, regardless of his or her productivity or effort. In the manufacturing economy of the 1930s, this worked reasonably well. An employee's unique talents and skills made little difference on the assembly line. In today's knowledge economy, however, collective representation makes little sense. Machines perform most of the repetitive manufacturing tasks of yesteryear. Employers now want employees with individual insights and abilities. The fastest-growing occupations over the past quarter-century have been professional, technical, and managerial in nature. The jobs of the future include Web designers, interior decorators, and public-relations specialists, among others." (thesudburystar.com)
