A Sacramento workers union president is facing additional child sex charges. Jaime Feliciano, a Service Employees International Union chapter president, was booked Thursday on eight counts of eight lewd and lascivious acts on a minor, says Sgt. Tim Curran.
Feliciano, 49, has been in custody since he was arrested September 9 and charged with possession of child pornography.
Curran said investigators found images of an unidentified girl being molested on Feliciano's home computer. Detectives uncovered the now 9-year-old girl's identity and interviewed her and mother. From that information, Feliciano was booked on suspicion of molestation said Curran.
Bail for Feliciano, who has been in custody since his arrest last month, was set at $800,000. His arraignment on the new charges is scheduled for Friday, October 10.
