Union-backed voter fraud group unable to police itself, blames elections officials

The regional director of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now says the activist group is being treated unfairly by the Secretary of State. "The Las Vegas Review-Journal" quotes ACORN director Matthew Henderson as saying the group has been asking the Board of Elections to prosecute canvassers for fraudulent voter registration practices over the past six months. Henderson says nothing was done about the group's recommendations.

He added that when the Las Vegas office was served with a search warrant Tuesday, investigators acted as if they didn't know who had been recommending the prosecutions.
